K-Electric has invested over $1.2 Billion in its commitment to serve Karachi, and added 1037 MW in generation, 768 MVA in transmission, and reduced transmission and distribution losses from 36% to approximately 21% in the past 7 years. The company has added one of the largest Customer Care center and state-of-the-art IT systems and processes for controls and governance. KE also has a robust Social Investment Programme benefitting 3.45 Million people annually.
